UpdraftPlus 1.9.13 is in the process of being released – you should see it in your WordPress updates dashboard in the next 48 hours or so.

The main new feature in UpdraftPlus Premium is the ability to backup a) non-WordPress tables which are inside the same MySQL database and b) other MySQL databases. Read here for more about that. As part of this, and as previously warned, the ability to encrypt databases has now been moved to a separate add-on, and will no longer be a feature of the free product – though you will still be able to decrypt your encrypted databases. (And of course, you’re always free to stick with your existing installed version).

We’ve also added a number of small tweaks, fixes, and coding style correctness tweaks, and added work-arounds for conflicts with a couple of buggy plugins which also used Google services. The Greek, Czech, German, Spanish, French, Dutch, Portuguese (Brazilian), Russian, Swedish and Turkish translations have all been updated – thanks to our translators for their great work!

As ever, we believe this is the best UpdraftPlus available, and recommend that everyone updates.
