    Hello

    My first backup on one of my sites has failed due to the following – how do I locate those zip files and remove them and what do they mean about the settings?

    Errors encountered:
    * No settings were found – please go to the Settings tab and check your settings

    Warnings encountered:
    * A very large file was encountered: uploads/snapshots/snapshot-1368774600-160619-230109-fabd406c.zip (size: 518.7 Mb)
    * A very large file was encountered: uploads/snapshots/snapshot-1368774600-160620-230111-8515b6b2.zip (size: 277 Mb)
    * A very large file was encountered: uploads/snapshots/snapshot-1368774600-160618-230025-18daa58d.zip (size: 518.7 Mb)

    Hi,

    Those files are in wp-content/uploads in your WP install. You can use FTP, or the file manager in your web hosting control panel, to find them. Alternatively, add “snapshots” to the list of things to exclude from the ‘uploads’ backup (in the ‘Settings’ tab).

    The settings message means that you’ve chosen a particular remote storage method (in the ‘Settings’ tab), but not entered any settings for it (e.g. your account details, depending on what the storage method is (e.g. UpdraftPlus Vault, or Amazon S3)).
