    Hello, the backup will not complete. I am not sure why but i have a log file

    I’m in the same boat. Backup process says it’s incomplete. UpDraft Plus support told me to send the log file. Did that. They said it’s incomplete. I wrote back asking what should do I about that. No reply. It’s been more than 3 days. Would love to know how to resolve the issue.

    Updraft wrote this to me:
    We’ve released a series of updates in the last few days due to some bugs and security measures.
    Please can you update the plugin and make sure the latest version is installed?

    I did the update and now I can and have fully completed the backup.

    I have the latest version 1.23.3 and it still does the same thing, Does anyone else have this same version?

    Errors occurred whilst backing up the tables; will cease and wait for resumption – I get this error also

    Hi,

    If you are having backup issues, please send us a copy of the backup log.
    You cannot attach a file here so please use this tool – https://pastebin.com/
    Also, you can create separate thread.

    It happened to me too, but I think the server is slow.
    Vault seems to me faster than other remote servers.

    I still get the error message that the backup was unsuccessful. Please help my site has not been backed up for a couple of weeks. I may need to find another solution. I sent in my log file already

    Hi,

    Apologies, it looks like your log was in a different thread which is why I did not see it.
    In the other thread I asked this

    “It looks like your backup times out without scheduling a resumption, can you install the free plugin WPCrontrol and take a screenshot of your Cron Events?, can you use a tools such as https://snipboard.io/ to post the screensho”

    Can you do this for me?
