    I purchase “SFTP and FTPS and SCP” product, order n°206192 : but no download are available!

    Hi,

    I think I installed correctly the extension (I did it, 2 days ago, for another website!) but :

    • In setting, a message say me “I’m not installed “SFTP” add-on!
    • If I test SFTP connection, a error message say: Résultat du test des réglages de SFTP: Failed: We were able to log in and move to the indicated directory, but failed to successfully create a file in that location.

    Can you help me to fix this bug please ?

    Hi Isabelle,

    Please could you send us the UpdraftPlus version number?

    The error message that you are receiving indicates that the SFTP user account that is being used does not have the correct permissions to create a file on the SFTP location.

    Please could you check the permissions for your SFTP account?

    In fact,

    I bought SFTP on April 21, 2017: I installed it on a site and it works well, so I am very happy.
    So I bought SFTP again for another site on April 27,2017 : but not seeing any download available! I took the first I had already dating the 21 and already installed on another site. Indeed, I think it can not work!

    How to recover the SFTP I orderer on April 27,2017 please?

    When I test the SCP/SFTP settings, the following message appears :

    Failed : We were able to log in and move to the indicated directory, but failed to successfully create a file in that location

    The latest version of UpdraftPlus is 2.12.40.

    Please could you uninstall the current version of UpdraftPlus, and reinstall from a fresh copy?

    Hi Isabelle,

    Are you still receiving the same error message when testing the SFTP remote storage method?

    Please can you double check that the SFTP user that you have configured has the correct permissions to create and delete files in the directory you have chosen?

    Indeed, the write permissions do not seem all the same in the domain.
    I was able to specify a path with the right permissions and it seems to work !
