After selecting Dropbox as the remote storage location, did you follow the Dropbox authentication link?
In the Dropbox remote storage settings, is the correct account holder’s name displayed?Best Wishes,
David NAugust 29, 2017 at 7:15 pm #226913kathleenmvallejosParticipantYes this message appears:
(You appear to be already authenticated). There are already 2 files that backed up in May that are in Dropbox (my client’s Dropbox account – not my Dropbox account).
The account holder’s name is mine.
Should it be their’s (hers – my client)?August 29, 2017 at 7:33 pm #226920kathleenmvallejosParticipantI got it. I deauthenticated the Dropbox connection and reauthenticated with my client’s account and it corrected the name to theirs and completed a backup successfully.
Thank you very much for your help.
