I have installed the plug-in per the instructions and linked my email/password. I tried to migrate a site over to a new one and the migration failed. When i went back to the “migrate/clone” tab it seems as if I was downgraded back to the free version of the app. I deleted the plugin and tried again and could then attempt to migrate the site but the same thing happened…. Any help would be appreciated.

To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the migration log?
You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your new site location.
