Backup Problem

    I used Updraft Plus 1.15.2 successfully for many restores and transfers to other accounts.

    Today I used the plugin and cloned a website to another server with the same URL. The site restored fine but with an error message on top: https://pgxdnatest.com

    “error: failed to find /home/wisemone/public_html/pgxdnatest.com/wp-content/themes/theme53090/bootstrap/less/bootstrap.lesslessphp fatal error: load error: failed to find /home/wisemone/public_html/pgxdnatest.com/wp-content/themes/theme53090/style.less”

    Wondering why that happened and how I can correct this.

    Hi,

    To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the migration log?
    You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your new site location.
    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    The site that has the problem is https://pgxswabtest.com
    After migration an error message comes:

    “lessphp fatal error: load error: failed to find /home/wisemone/public_html/pgxdnatest.com/wp-content/themes/theme53090/bootstrap/less/bootstrap.lesslessphp fatal error: load error: failed to find /home/wisemone/public_html/pgxdnatest.com/wp-content/themes/theme53090/style.less
    Fatal error: ‘continue’ not in the ‘loop’ or ‘switch’ context in /home/pgxdnate/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cherry-plugin/includes/widgets/widgets-manager.php on line 564”

    No website is visible. Here the 2 migration logs:

    The migrator used is version: updraftplus-with-migrator.2.14.2

    Also what is strange is during the migration steps usually I’m prompted for “Database Restoration Option” which is checkmarked by default. This prompt did not show up.

    Hi,

    It appears that you are still using the older version of UpdraftPlus Premium.

    Please can you update to latest version 2.15.2.x. It might help fix the issues that you are experiencing.

    I updated to the newest version but that was not the problem.

    The issue is now resolved. There were 2 CACHE files that were also migrated. I just was advised by the web host (Siteground) to erase them. Everything works fine now.
