    Hello dear Support,

    i am getting for some days this warning every night after backup from updraft:
    It was found a big date: wp-snapshots/20190820_moryskin_eb217419c6fd41337138_20190820121115_archive.zip

    Do you think this data is important? It’s about 2765.1 Mb, so if its unnecessary, then i would delete it.

    Hi,

    It appears that another backup plugin is running on your site. You would want to exclude their backups folder as it would just be a duplicate backup.

    Dear Bryle,

    thanks a lot for your quick response. I think my colleague installed another plugin a few days ago. But we don’t want to use any other plugin then updraft. So can I delete the whole folder? Or are there any other important WordPress/ Woocommerce datas?

    Hi,

    Yes, you can do so. UpdraftPlus will not get affected as the backups are stored in a separate folder in the “wp-content/updraft”.
