    Hello, everybody,

    when trying to restore a three day old backup via FTP, UpDraft Plus aborts or does not proceed to the next step.

    The progress depends on the point: Download backup files if necessary (download failed).

    Please take a look at the screenshots:

    Hi,

    It appears that the process is being timed out or killed off by the server
    Could you try to restore the backups one by one? Just restore the database and the WP Core files last.

    i tried the steps but still not working.

    The same problem… only loading and loading.

    Hi,

    Your server is probably running our of resources.
    Please can you ask your host to increase your server resources? Such as I/O limit, maximum_execution_timeout and site memory.
