    Hi,

    I’m seeing errors such as “connection timed out, check logs” in UpDraft Central, but I checked both my OneDrive and UpDraft backups and it looks like the backups are being made. Could you provide more info as to why I’m getting these timeout errors, and if these are something to be concerned about?

    Hi there!

    Could you send me a copy of your server’s PHP Error log?
    You can find this log through your web hosting control panel (typically cPanel). If you are unsure where to find the PHP Error log, you can ask your hosts to provide it.
