My license #353350 is set to auto-renew, yet I’m getting emails prompting me to manually renew. My storage order 355843, does not appear to be set to auto-renew.
Apologies. We have had some recent updates to our subscription system, and it is possible that this has affected the renewal reminders.
We will investigate this further.
In the meantime, please ignore any manual renewal reminder emails.
From our records, your storage subscription is scheduled to renew on the 24th February.
