[Implemented] Batch delete backups on UpdraftCentral

Please add this batch delete option on both Updraft plugin AND Updraft Central. I’ve had bugs where I got hundreds of backup kept even though the options were to only keep  limited number.. I wasted so much time already clicking through one by one.. total insanity.. I had a site with over 500 backups.. it was supposed to retain a few..
