It’s been 3 days since I asked, as part of my paid UpdrafUp Premium subscription, for assistance with a restoration problem.
I have just renewed the same request.
When you call for support through the form, do you receive an email confirmation of your request?
As far as I’m concerned, I don’t receive any, even in my spam.
How long does it really take for the support to respond because they have a 24 hour commitment?

Yes I answered you this morning by sending you my last backup. On the other hand, I see on Google Drive, that at this same date, several backups are available. I will send them all to you.
