    We give you 10 days to report a problem and if we are unable to resolve your issue, then we can provide you a refund within that period.

    Can you please share with us a copy of the backup log? So we can investigate further.

    To be honest with you,

    I do not get a refund but fix this problem.
    If it doesn’t work at all, I should get a refund.

    Hi Kenneth,

    The log can be found in the Existing Backups tab of the UpdraftPlus dashboard. Copy the content in an online tool like https://pastebin.com/ or upload to Google Drive/Dropbox and share the link with us here.

    Hi Bryle,

    I am so sorry that somehow my existing backup files were deleted.
    After I changed to save in the google drive, I wasn’t able to find this file.
    Please if you can, please issue a refund.
    I think I just messed up with this files.
    I know it has been passed already to issue a refund.
    Please do so.
