We give you 10 days to report a problem and if we are unable to resolve your issue, then we can provide you a refund within that period.Can you please share with us a copy of the backup log? So we can investigate further.

The log can be found in the Existing Backups tab of the UpdraftPlus dashboard. Copy the content in an online tool like https://pastebin.com/ or upload to Google Drive/Dropbox and share the link with us here.

I am so sorry that somehow my existing backup files were deleted.
After I changed to save in the google drive, I wasn’t able to find this file.
Please if you can, please issue a refund.
I think I just messed up with this files.
I know it has been passed already to issue a refund.
