Hi, I’ve never had a problem backing up until today, now it fails. I know you’ll need to see my error log, please let me know where to send it. Thank you —

    Hi,

Please could you send us a copy of the latest full backup log?

This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Regards,
    Bryle

I realized I ran out of room on my dropbox account so I freed some up and the backup worked fine! Thank you for getting back to me. One other question, though. On my WordPress dashboard there’s a message encouraging me to upgrade to Updraft premium, though I already have. Do you know why that message would show up? Thanks.

    Hi,

Please make sure you have installed the Premium version. You should have 2.16.30.24 to have the full version. If you currently have 1.16.30 then you will need to de-install it and follow this guide – https://updraftplus.com/support/installing-updraftplus-premium-your-add-on/. You will not lose your backups in the process.

    Thanks,
    Bryle
