    Dear Support Team,

How to make fullbackup for Cpanel for one account wordpress with it’s subdomains files + database and everything.
The problem is that, I made dailybackup but I have Agency that is making some changes and SEO for my website, they
are asking for the c-panel access info, so they can login to make full backup for c-panel every 4 hrs.

Is it the same the we have in UDPP when I choose to backup everything?

Please reply ASAP, and if you can send me details it will be perfect

    waiting for your kind reply.

    Best Regards,

    Shady

    Hi,

UpdraftPlus Premium gives the option to add any other file/folder to the backup. This can be found in the ‘Include in files backup’ options.

You will need to add the absolute file-path to the directory. The absolute path to the WordPress root can be found in the Advanced Tools tab under ‘ABSPATH’.

If the sub-domain directory is in the WordPress root directory, then it will be included in the ‘WP Core’ section of the backup.

If the sub-domain is a WordPress site, we would recommend installing UpdraftPlus separately.

    Regards,
    Bryle
