    I get this on one of my backup sites.

    Loading log file (log.ed464cd8d41d.txt) … Loop Detected (error)

    Hi,

    Please could you send us a copy of the backup log?
    This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
    The contents will be too long to post here directly. Please use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Actually after a long time, the backup does seem to have finished (I hope sucessfully), I would like to know when that error message means however.

    Hi,

    It is possible that the backup process has been timed out. In most cases, it happens when your server runs out of server resources.
    You can check with your host/server admin if that is the case.
