Backup Keeps Timing Out

    My backup keeps timing out for one particular site. Please let me know what you would need from me in order to see what the issue is. I have it running now with debug mode on.

    Actually it seems to be a server wide issue as my overnight backups failed also. I checked back and it looks to have started on 9/19. My last successful backups are from 9/18.

    But if anything from the log helps to indicate what is the root cause, please let me know.

    That is odd, I do not see wp-admin link. I only see the dropbox link.

    Hi Michael,

    Apologies, please ignore the message about the wp-admin link.
    Have your hosts recently updated your Curl version to 8.10.0?
    If so, can you ask them to install this patch: https://github.com/curl/curl/pull/14895
    There is an issue with this particular Curl version.

    I was told that 7.29.0 is what is currently running for Curl.

    Hi,

    Thank you for this. Both of these logs report the backup as successful so it looks like the most recent update has fixed your issue.

    I will keep an eye on it, but I haven’t actually updated the plugin yet to the latest release. I would be doing that tomorrow. So something, I assume server side was resolved and helped fix the issue.

    If you start having issues can you let us know what your Curl versions is?
