    Hi,

    Thank you for sending the backup log.

    Could you try to reduce the backup archive split size? To do this, open the ‘expert settings’ section of the UpdraftPlus Settings tab, and find the ‘split backups every’ option. Set this to 25Mb save your settings and run a new process.

    If the issue persists, please ask your hosts/server admin to investigate their PHP error logs. These logs should contain more information on the exact issue that is causing the backup process to halt.

    I recommend asking your host to increase the current value for the I/O limit, maximum_execution_timeout and site memory.

    Hi

    I have change my PHP variables to:
    max_execution_time = 700
    memory_limit = 512
    max_input_time = 700

    Is that enough?
    What would be the idea amounts for Updraft to work safely?

    Hi there,

    i´ve got this problem too. My customer websites can no longer backup.

    The split size error named anything with “batch to zip file” I solved that a few months ago.

    I need some help, to solve this problem by myself, because i have many sites backuped with updraft, and no backup work anymore.

    Same error:

    0510.541 (2) Resume backup (27ed155b4cdd, 2): finish run
    0510.541 (2) There were errors in the uploads, so the ‘resume’ event is remaining scheduled
    0510.542 (2) No email will/can be sent – the user has not configured an email address.
    0510.542 (2) Die Sicherung wurde nicht beendet; eine Wiederaufnahme ist geplant

    I have sorted my problem.

    One of the plugin log file was too big. I just deleted it.

    Also one of my storage media was full

    All working now.
