BackUp Report Email Formatting Differences

Hello, I have many sites that back up weekly or monthly and send me an email backup report. They all are on the same version of Updraft Plus. On Two sites, I get the email that is not really formatted. It looks like a text dump of all the information and looks like this:

Now the other sites BackUp Reports look very nicely formatted like this one with Bold Headers and such. I know you will not see them on this support ticket but this is the content of the good one. Do you have any thoughts on these two sites that don’t behave like my other sites???

Hi,

For that site, do you have any SMTP plugin installed? I’m afraid it is know to cause issues with the UpdraftPlus email format.

Ahhh, yes, both of these sites have the SendGrid plugin. What that be causing a problem?
