Hi, as many users I also run into the problem with the nonworking backups
and all answers which I got don’t helpAnd please be reasonable: My backups usually have a size of 3.2 GB, I set the maximum to 100MB which would result in hundreds of files
so in that relation I am happy that the backup did not work…
As this error happens I want to get rid of the lock and I ask for a helpful support…This is a message:

To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the full backup log?
This log can be found in the Existing Backups tab of the UpdraftPlus dashboard.
If you cannot access the UpdraftPlus dashboard, then you can find the log file in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory via FTP or your hosts’ file manager.Best Wishes,
