Cannot connect

    Hello I purchased a Backblaze Add on, but I cannot find the “connect to account” link.
    Contrarily to what is said in your support page, under the Premium / Extensions tab there is NO way to beound connecting to the account. There is JUST publicity for your Products. Please help. Thank you, best, Markus

    Hi Markus,

    It appears that you have skipped step 1 which is to de-install the free version. Then on step 2 you can download the UpdraftPlus base file. After install, you should be able to proceed to step 3 onwards.
