Cannot upgrade to 2.13.13.3

Hello

I have UpdraftPlus version 2.13.13.2 installed. Lately I receive messages that version 2.13.13.3 is ready and I can upgrade.

I press the upgrade link, it works for a while and finally says that the upgrade was successful. However, next time that I login to my WordPress site I see that UpdraftPlus version remained 2.13.13.2 and I get this new version message again. It cannot upgrade.

Do you know this problem ? How to fix it and upgrade ?

Hi Guy,

The last digit in a 4-part version number is the number of installed add-ons. So 2.13.13.2 means 2 (two) installed add-ons and 2.13.13.x is the latest version of UpdraftPlus Premium. Our records also shows that you you have purchased two add-ons (Microsoft OneDrive and Migrator add-on) from us.

So why do I see this message under the UpdraftPlus plugin ?:
“There is a new version of UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore available. View version 2.13.13.3 details or update now.”

Apologies for the delay.

Please could you update to the latest version of UpdraftPlus Premium just released (2.13.14.X)?
Does the issue persist after the update?
