Can't Activate Updraftplus Premium

I have Updraftplus Premium installed and I am trying to activate the plugin on my sites, but I get this message on 2 of my sites
but not all

1. https://tcnaa.org
2. https://nytac.tcnaa.org:

You are presently connected to an UpdraftPlus.Com account.
If you bought new add-ons, then follow this link to refresh your connection.

AND

“Assigned to this site – please follow this link to update the plugin in order to activate it”
But when I click the link, it takes me to plugins needing updating – Updraftplus is not one of them because it is up to date.

I have tried deactivating ALL plugins but to no avail!
Help please

Hi,

Apologies for the delay.

It appears that those two sites were stuck on expired licences.
I have adjusted your licences to correct this. Please could you reconnect the sites to your account?
You should then be able to update correctly.
