Whenever I try to authorize dropbox I get stuck on the orange Updraftplus screen and then I get the error “Request Timeout
This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase ‘Connection Timeout’.”Do you have any ideas what could be causing this issue? I have never had a problem before, and I checked with my host and no changes have been made to the server. I noticed this issue the end of last week.

Could you check and make sure that there are no firewall or anything that is blocking the connection?

Are there any IP’s we should whitelist in the firewall?

BryleApril 26, 2019 at 5:58 pm #380862Kassant7ParticipantI just checked the dropbox storage and I see backups. So even though we got a 50 error, it seems it authenticated and the backups are actually working.
We’ll do more testing.
