Can’t connect to new paid subscription

    I have just upgraded and I’m trying to connect using email and password but I get the following error message.

    “A key was created, but the attempt to register it with UpdraftPlus.com was unsuccessful – please try again later”.

    I keep trying but to no avail.

    Is this an issue my end or yours please?

    Hi,

    Can you please try to Wipe settings from UpdraftPlus > Advanced tools > Wipe settings, click the Wipe settings button, Then go back to Premium extensions tab and enter your registered email/password to connect to UpdraftPlus.com and activate the add-on.
