Can’t get migration key

    I paid for the migration package for Updraft, and it says I need a key from the site I want to migrate to. But support there is no help, they have no key for me.

    Am I supposed to start a WordPress site there, install Updraft, and create a key that way? The instructions are not clear.

    Please help.

    If I can’t get a migration key, is there a way to download a zipped backup of the entire site including database and unpack it at the new location?
