Cant install updraftplus

Hi

i hope someone can help me, I installed the free version of backupplus the purchased the backupplus premium as instructed I deleted the free version but everytime I try to install the paid version I get the failed to install message followed by this

/content/shard2/sites3/a/b/abbeytaxisfarnham.co.uk/web/wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/ can someone tell me how to get out of this

Hi Steve,

That indicates that the previous version is still there. If it’s not showing in the WP plugins page, then you should remove it manually (i.e. remove the folder wp-content/plugins/updraftplus by FTP).
