    Hi ,

    trying a test restore to a TEMP WP installation ,
    restore fails at the UPLOAD section failing to open files thus images and visuals are missing.
    tried several backups and also uploads&databases only ,
    need to show the client that backup and restore actually working and is intact
    when trying to send customer support form recieivng “sorry , you have been blocked” for some reason
    please respond privately so i won’t need to share the log publicly

    Hi,

    When you reply to this message, just check the box “set as private”

    Please provide you IP V4 so that I can whitelist it.
    Can you post your restoration log using a tool such as pastebin.com

    Hi,

    Apologies for the delay over the weekend.

    For you migration, it looks like your Uploads4 has been corrupted (did you download the backup and then upload it in the backup restore tab?)
    Can you try downloading it again and re-uploading the file?

    I have whitelisted your IP can you check to see if you are still blocked
