I have renewed my license and entered the email and password in the support tab, however, I still get the error at the top saying:
Claim not granted – perhaps you have already used this purchase somewhere else, or your paid period for downloading from updraftplus.com has expired?

Apologies for the inconvenience.
It appears that there was an issue updating your licences.
I have resolved this issue now, and you should now be able to activate the add-ons.Best Wishes,
