I created a backup to my site and the clone I had created disappeared. When I try to access it via the link in my updraftplus account I get a 503 service unavailable error message.

Apologies, it appears that the clone’s temporary server has failed.
I have refunded your tokens. Please could you attempt a fresh backup?
If you encounter the same issue, please could you open a support ticket via our support form?
