clone not working

need help

i wanted to clone my web page as i wanted to try to update from WP 4.6.1 to 5.0.3 before i do this in life environment. I am runing the wep page on strato with PHP 7.0 and on WP 4.6.1
Since i need to run some security things like SSL and https I need to update the page.
the web page is still working fine but when I do the clone with PHP 7.0 and WP 4.6 in London it doesn’t work and the admin page show http error 500.
what do i do wrong

Is this refering to UpdraftClone? You don’t have any currently active – https://updraftplus.com/my-account/clones/ . If you try again and get the same problem, please let us know; we can only investigate it whilst its active (after that, the data is all gone; we don’t keep copies of customer data).

I checked your account and can’t seem to find any records of the clone.

Please can you do another clone? This time can you please deactivate any caching or security plugins installed on your site?
