    Hi,
    one of our site is going off-line so I would like to retrieve the usage of one of our (pack of 2) licenses.
    I have “disconected” it by cleaning all settings and applying a wrong email/pw combo (appears now as “not registerd” in wp-admin) but still remains listed in the assigned license panel on your site.
    From what I’ve read in the forums, it seems that only you can effectively unassign a license key … as a courtesy in case of EOL/staging situation.
    Would you be kind enough to do so for us ?
