    yes i have set up website also its connected to updraft https://prnt.sc/100gtno
    but website https://pantoglasses.com/ is not showing in my updraft account https://prnt.sc/100guwq it shows before but somehow currently its not there.

    Hi,

    It still shows that you have not fully activated the plugin as it is showing 2.16.47.0.

    The last digit in a 4-part version number is the number of installed add-ons. If you have 2.16.47.25, that means you have 25 add-on/s installed.

    The most common values are:

    .0 – No add-ons installed
    .1 – A single add-on installed
    .25 – All add-ons installed (Full Premium)

    Please follow the update link that says “Please follow this link to update…”.

    before it was working good

    Please can you deactivate any caching or security plugins? Seems like something is blocking the update.

    i have deactivated all caching plugin but still have same issue before it was working great suddenly i dont know whats happening

    Thank you!

    I can’t seem to figure out what is causing the installation to not complete.
    However, I have manually installed the add-ons so you should be able to use the premium features. I can also see that the site is already listed on your account.

    It is possible that the checkbox to auto connect to UpdraftCentral was not selected. You can connect it manually, please see FAQ: https://updraftplus.com/faqs/how-do-i-install-updraftcentral/
