    I’m trying the new system before purchasing it, and each time I try and make a backup from the dashboard I keep getting the Connection Error popup. The settings are correct as far as I can see.

    How can I send you the log file and/or details of the site so you can see it?

    What’s in your web browser’s JavaScript console when the errors occur?
