Disconnect Migrator add-on from site

Hello, I’d like to disconnect a site from my Migrator plugin purchase, but even after deleting my login info from the premium plugin, then deleting the premium plugin from the site and replacing it with the free UpdraftPlus version, my UP account still shows the add-on attached to this domain along with “Unusued entitlement”.

Could you please reset my add-on, so I can use it on a different site?

Also, my add-on page shows my 60 day support incorrectly as expired (just in case my account shows up as unpaid): my support subscription for Migrator should be valid through ~3/8/18.

Hi Emily,

From our records, it shows that your licence has already expired last 2018-01-08. For you to be able to install on new sites and continue to receive updates from us, you will need to renew your licence. Please see our renewal info here – https://updraftplus.com/renewing-updraftplus-purchase/
