Hi, I just purchased your software online and it did not take the springsale2019 discount code on my invoice. I noticed this on receipt of my receipt. Can you please adjust to account for my discount?
It appears that the coupon did not apply correctly.
Please could you open a support ticket via our support form, including a link to this topic, and ask for it to be assigned to ‘Dee’?
I will then be able to process a partial refund (I’m afraid that we cannot process refunds via the forums).
