Hi,

The backup doesn’t works on ipage.com

ipage.com doesn’t allow most of the chances to its configuration so most of things mentioned in guide are not possible to make it work.

Is there any way to call the cron externally or any other way to make it work?

Hi Karim,

The “alternative cron” setup should work on all sites – number 4 on the list.
