Errors on Backup->Configure Page

I purchased the premium version of updraftPlus and added a remote site to my self-hosted updraftcentral dashboard. When I go to the site’s ‘Backup->Configure’ page I am present with this error: Missing helper: “ifCond”

I also noticed these issues with the configuration page that may be related to the above error:
1. On the ‘Configure’ page, in the “Sending Your Backup To Remote Storage” section, it shows a row of empty checkboxes where I assume labels should be shown for each. Also, if I select a checkbox, it shows the Remote Storage option, but it is greyed out with no ability actually configure the option.

2. On the ‘Configure’ page, in the “Database Options” section, it is missing the external database I’ve configured directly in the backup settings of connected site.
