Expired subscription not updating with new subscription

    In my site, I have an expired subscription and I purchase a new subscription to renew.

    But from my wordpress site, always shows the message “Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for this site has expired. You will no longer receive updates to UpdraftPlus. “, so I cannot upgrade the plugin even I have a renews subscription.

    How can I assign the active subscription to the expired one?

    Hi Albert,

    Apologies,

    It appears that our licencing server did not recognise your purchase as a renewal.
    I have adjusted your licences, so the renewal message should now disappear. If this does not happen automatically, you can refresh your connection through the ‘Premium/Extensions’ tab.
