Failed to upload to Google Drive

    My Backup report states there are errors; that some files failed to upload to Google drive.

    I previously had the free version and I’ve upgraded if that is helpful information. Since I upgraded; there are errors.

    Here’s part of the error report:

    Hi,

    Please could you send us a copy of the latest full backup log?

    This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Hi,

    Please login to your website, navigate to Settings > UpdraftPlus Backups > Existing Backups > click view log and click the “Download” button to download the backup log.

    After download, copy the content of the log and paste it to pastebin.com, create new paste and share to us the link to the file.

    I sent dropbox files the other day. Didn’t you get them. At any rate, here are files from Pastebin per your request. There were three files generated on 12/12/19, but one says there is an error.

    Sorry. I tried several times to upload both links at once and it wouldn’t work. So, those last two reports are for 12-14-19. There were 8 errors this time.

    I bought Updraft Plus Support. Is this the only way to get assistance? My site is not protected for several days now.

    Also, I trust that sharing these files publicly is appropriate. Please let me know.

    Hi Deborah,

    Thanks so much for sending the log files.

    This issue is due to intermittent connectivity to Google Drive.

    To confirm that the issue is not due to a problem with the account on Google’s end, please could you try connecting the plugin to a different Google Drive account and attempting a new backup?

    If the issue persists, then I’m afraid that there is nothing further that can be done via WP Admin. Only the server and network admins will have the necessary access to investigate why the connection is intermittent.

    Also, I’m concerned about posting this public. Is that okay or is there a way to make it private?

    And I’m not getting follow-up replies via email and have to keep checking this site a zillion times for your reply. I have the box checked for notification. (??)

    I”m frustrated. I paid for Updraft Plus support and this is going very slow. Is there quicker support for paid customers or is this it? My site isn’t backing up and I’m concerned.

    As stated before, I really need your help and I’m not that saavy about this process. I already sent the files via Dropbox previously and haven’t heard anything. Is there a phone number for support?

    Thank you for your effort. I just need a resolution.

    I recently paid for Updraft Plus Premium so that I could get support. Currently, my website is not protected. Is there any way to get a resolution quicker? Is this chat the only way to get assistance?
