Hello we have several sites configured but one of them just won’t fire the backup by schedule.
Oddly one of the others isn’t firing the incremental as directed on a regular basis either.
Would like some help figuring this out.
Thanks,
KenJanuary 18, 2020 at 1:09 am #496815Bryle CroduaModeratorHi,
Please could you send us a copy of the latest full backup log?
This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.Regards,
BryleJanuary 21, 2020 at 4:55 pm #498864Acxiom-ITParticipantHi Bryle, I have nothing on the Existing Backups tab since no backups have successfully run.
What else can we do?

Can I get a reply for next steps on this?
Thanks,
KenJanuary 23, 2020 at 3:47 pm #500200Bryle CroduaModeratorHi,
Apologies for the late reply.
Is there any error in the “Backup/Restore” tab?
Are you able to send us a screenshot please? Thanks,
BryleJanuary 23, 2020 at 4:54 pm #500243Robert BurgettParticipantI am having the same problem. I purchased and installed UpdraftPlus yesterday to migrate my client’s site to a staging directory. I have tried to make this transfer/backup several times. It has not been able to complete a single backup or migration. The message that shows on the Backup/Restore tab is “The backup attempt has finished, apparently unsuccessfully (Jan 22 17:14:26)” I did this, literally, all day yesterday and accomplished nothing for my client.
January 23, 2020 at 9:09 pm #500360Acxiom-ITParticipantHey Bryle,
Yes, I see the following error:
An error condition has occurred for the first time during this job (Jan 18 04:00:02)
If I reply to the email notification and attach the screenshot, will you be able to see that?

No, we won’t be able to see that. You can use an online tool like https://prnt.sc/ to take a screenshot and post the link here.
@robert, please send us a copy of the backup log so we can check the cause of the issue.Regards,

Thanks for the screenshot.
It appears that you are still using an old version of UpdraftPlus. Please can you click the “An update containing…” to update to latest version?
@Robert, sorry I did not receive it. Can you send it here and use pastebin to copy the log?Regards,
BryleJanuary 27, 2020 at 3:59 pm #502480Acxiom-ITParticipantHi Bryle,
Since this is a production website, I’ll need to schedule the change…this probably won’t happen till Thursday evening.
I’ll let you know when we’re updated.

We just got the latest version of the plugin installed last night and I let it run overnight in case the schedule would run as desired. Unfortunately, it did not.
Here’s a screenshot of the site settings now: https://prnt.sc/qvs0p1
Let me know how you’d like to proceed.
Thanks,

Thanks for sharing a screenshot.
It shows that there was no scheduled backup for Jan 31st. Can you check if a backup run today?

Please help.
