Greetings support folks!
I have just installed the premium version of the plugin (2.16.20.24) on all 10 of our sites.
Scheduled backups are occurring on 7 of them.
How can I determine the root cause of the failing backups on the remaining 3?

Please can you send us a copy of the backup log?
This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
Please use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin for the log, and post the link here.Best Wishes,

Unfortunately there doesn’t appear to be anything to send as there are no ‘Existing Backups’…all I can see directly in the plugin interface is the message in the “Last log message:” section is ‘An error condition has occurred for the first time during this job (Dec 07 04:00:59)’
Can you tell me where the log would be kept in the file structure? I have access to that.
Additionally if it would be helpful, i’m available for a screen share at your convenience.

The logs are stored in the “wp-content/updraft” folder of your WP install.

Would you like to see them anyway?
