False date when renewal

    Hi,
    I just renewed my plugin.
    It was good until August the 24th.
    And after renewal, it uses today date i.e. August 14th.
    So I am losing here 10 days I paid for.
    Could you correct it?
    Could you change your process to take into account the right renewal date?

    Hi,

    You could probably be looking at the “Order” page? If you go to “Licences” page you should be able to see the correct expiration for your licences.
