Former client uses the plugin further how to disable

Hi,
a former client uses the plugin further. I think he has copied all needed Data from the plugin and database. How can I disable them without change the Password from all of my other clients?

If you have a particular site that you don’t want to have access to future updates of UD, then fill in the support form here – https://updraftplus.com/paid-support-requests/ – and we can tell the licensing server. (There’s no ability or back-door for us to do any more than that – we don’t have a back door into installed sites of any sort).
