get no premium status

Hi, I’ve bought Updraft Plus Premium on November 29, 2019 with a new licence but since then I’ve not been able to get the premium functions from WordPress settings. Instead, I always have a link to “Buy Premium Version”. I have already uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled it, but to no avail. How do I get the plugin to run in the premium version?

Hi again, I have just looked at https://updraftplus.com/my-account/licences/ and found that my purchase is not listed at all, but I am looking at https://updraftplus.com/my-account/orders/ my confirmed purchase of November 29, 2019 in it. Something is wrong. Please help me so that Updraft works again and I can use the premium functions. Thanks a lot!
