BryleOctober 1, 2017 at 5:48 pm #232762HeribertoParticipantso, i’ve got 10 licenses. One of them is for a dev site no longer exists, and other is for a site i no longer want to use this “plus” plugin.
When i’ll renew the license, not individually but the whole pack, do i have to pay again for these 2 sites i don’t want to pay for?

I’ve been using the Premium version of UpdraftPlus for several years now. I like almost every aspect of its performance but one area is a huge mess – licensing.
In the past, as a courtesy, you’ve reset licences that have been “used” on local dev sites that no longer exist or for sites that are no longer in use. However while I’m very happy to pay for the licences we actually use I’m not happy having to come to you cap in hand asking to have unused licences reset.
I quite understand that you need to protect your revenue stream but this, from this customer’s point of view, is absolutely not the way to do it.
Bluntly, renewal time is coming up – do you have any plans to change the way you administer licences?

The ability to reset licenses is available with the UpdraftPlus Premium Enterprise package.
