I have paid twice to renew my licence

I purchased my original licence on October 19, 2019. I paid $145.00 (#447973)
On October 16, I attempted to renew my licence because I did not want it to expire. I paid $87.00 (Order #683693)
Today, October 18 my original subscription expired and my PayPal account was charged $87 (Subscription #447975)

It was very confusing for me when I wanted to renew my account and it seems now that I mistakenly purchased a second subscription.
I am requesting a refund for $87.00 (Order #683693) please.
