I can not get my updraftplus to load on my system.

Can you give any details? What happens when you try? I’m assuming you’ve seen the install instructions – https://updraftplus.com/support/installing-updraftplus-premium-your-add-on/ – what stage do you get to, and where does it stall?

Did you try to reply to this via email? You need to post on the forum page. Please do mention the stage number you got to, and the text of the error message you saw.

Yes I followed the directions it will not connect to the server to down load the add-ons I purchase. I get a red box that say’s [ Errors occurred when trying to connect to UpdraftPlus.Com:
couldn’t connect to host ] that is the messege I get.

Hi Don,

That means that your webhosting company has firewalled the connection. I have emailed you separately with a different zip to install that will avoid the issue.
