    Hi Marie,

Are you able to update the theme if you login directly to your website?

    Regards,
    Bryle

Yes, I can update the theme directly in the website with no issues.

    Hi,

I just got this error on a different site, different server (AWS) and a different plugin (Yoast SEO Premium).

I am getting this error when trying to update any plugin, core or theme.

This error is intermittent. I can update some plugins and even Divi sometimes. I get this error at least once during the updates I do every morning. Most of the time, though, it is while updating the Divi Theme.

    Thanks!

I have 63 sites, all on WPEngine, and I haven’t been able to update anything yet. It could be a WPEngine thing, hopefully I can get to the bottom of this soon, otherwise it’s a complete waste of money!

I have had great success with Updraft Central, but this error is recent and not all the time. I’m not on WPEngine, but Hostmanaged and AWS. It has happened on both.

I will keep trying, it appears to be a good platform, just need to get this part working and I will be happy.
